WITH LOVE, FROM BROOKLYN SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICIES

Standard Shipping

  • With Love, From Brooklyn charges a $15 flat rate for all orders shipped within the Continental United States
  • With Love, From Brooklyn ships via USPS First Class, Parcel Select & Priority Mail. FedEx Ground may also be used depending on the destination. We make every effort to optimize the carrier to get your package to it's destination as quickly as possible.
  • It typically takes 2-3 days to process your order. Custom orders may be subject to longer lead times.
  • Once the carrier picks up a package, it will take 2-8 days to arrive at its destination depending on the location.
  • Items shipped in the Northeast typically take 3-5 days to arrive from the time you place your order. Items shipped to the West Coast can take up to 10 days from the time you place your order.
  • An email notification including tracking information will be sent to you when your packages have shipped. If you do ot see the tracking information right away, sometimes the shipping label is created in advance of pick-up or there is a delay in the carrier tracking system. Never fear, your package is en route. Just check back later for tracking updates. If you still have questions, email us at orders@withlovefrombrooklyn.com
  • International shipping is offered on a case-by-case basis. The recipient may be subject to pay duties or taxes at delivery. Please email orders@withlovefrombrooklyn.com with international shipping requests.
Express Shipping
  • 2-Day & Overnight shipping options are available via FedEx. FedEx orders placed by 12:00pm EST (noon) will ship on the same day if the item(s) is in stock. Orders placed after 12:00pm EST (noon) will ship the next day.
Special Requests & Corporate Orders
  • Please email orders@withlovefrombrooklyn.com with special shipping or delivery requests.
  • Standard shipping and delivery rates do not apply to corporate orders. Corporate orders are shipped in a variety of ways and priced on an individual basis.

SUBSCRIPTION BOXES

An important note regarding your With Love From Brooklyn Subscription:

Subscriptions are shipped out on a set schedule towards the end of every month. If you join before the 15th of the month, your first box will ship the same month.

After the 15th? Not a problem, your first box will ship out towards the end of the following month. Email us at orders@withlovefrombrooklyn.com if you have a question, need to update your address, or would like to expedite shipping. 

 

WITH LOVE, FROM BROOKLYN RETURN POLICY

  • Because of the perishable nature of many of our products, With Love, From Brooklyn purchases are not eligible for return or exchange except in case of damage or breakage.
  • In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please email orders@withlovefrombrooklyn.com Please write DAMAGED SHIPMENT in the subject line and include a photo image of the damage, if possible. Please inform orders@withlovefrombrooklyn.com of any damaged items in your shipment within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • If you believe you received an item in error or a defective item, please contact orders@withlovefrombrooklyn.com so that we can assist you. Please write DEFECTIVE ITEM in the subject line. A photo image is helpful to speed up any claims. Make sure to keep all original packaging, and please note that all returns must occur within 14 days of delivery.
  • All returns are subject to the discretion of With Love From Brooklyn.
