·       With Love, From Brooklyn limited-edition curated gift selections are not eligible for return or exchange and are clearly marked as “Final Sale” on the Product page for that Product, when you place it in your Shopping Cart, and when you are asked to Confirm Your Order.

·       Certain Pop-Up Shop items may be returnable within 14 days of purchase. This will be clearly marked on the Product page for that Product, when you place it in your Shopping Cart, and when you are asked to Confirm Your Order.

·       Please note: Items arriving after the 14 day return policy will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.

·       We are unable to accept returns of goods that are not in their original packaging.

·       Refunds or Account Credits will be processed after the goods have been received.

·       In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please email withlovefrombk@gmail.com Please write DAMAGED SHIPMENT in the subject line and include a photo image of the damage, if possible. You need to inform withlovefrombk@gmail.com of any damaged items in your shipment within 48 hours of receiving your order.

·       If you believe you received an item in error or a defective item, please contact withlovefrombk@gmail.com so that we can assist you. Please write DEFECTIVE ITEM in the subject line. A photo image is helpful to speed up any claims. Make sure to keep all original packaging, and please note that all returns must occur within 14 days of delivery.

·       Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned.

·       All CLEARANCE items are sold as is. No returns, refunds or exchanges will be issued.
