Two Franks are better than one. At least that’s the case with childhood friends, food aficionados and business partners Frank Castronovo and Frank Falcinelli, who specialize in mouth-watering menus and laid-back charm.

Frank Castronovo and Frank Falcinelli, of Frankies Spuntino, Prime Meats and Cafe Pedlar, visit olive tree groves in Sicily each year to oversee the production of Frankies’ Extra Virgin Olive Oil. A few years ago, with help from a family that has been pressing olive oil for close to a century, they discovered a ripe, bright, fruity oil good enough to pour and to share.


Frankies’ Extra Virgin Olive Oil is cold pressed from organically grown Sicilian olives in the DOP (protected denomination of Origin) of Nocellara del Belice. This DOP is consistently rated in the top five DOP’s in all of Italy, but the Franks chose this particular olive oil because it tastes as delicious as olive oil can taste. In the kitchen it’s perfect for salad dressings, pastas or any dish bettered by a burst of bright olive flavor.
